The Warriors started the morning off with a split with Central Lake 20-25, 25-9. They then moved on to play Johannesburg- Lewiston. The Warriors started off strong with a 25-17 win but ended up splitting with a 13-25 set to follow. The Warriors finished off pool play with Traverse City Christian. Traverse City Christian came out strong with the 1st game of 10-25. The Warriors rallied and came back strong for the second set, but still came up a little too short with a 22-25 loss.

The Warriors were in the Silver Bracket against Central Lake for the last match of the day. The Warriors won the match 25-19, 25- 21.

Madison Morey had 3 aces, 2 kills, 19 assists, and 14 digs. Gracie Kimball had 3 aces, 20 assists, and 6 digs. McKenzie Szymchack has 3 aces, 14 kills, 6 blocks, and 11 digs. Caitlyn Liebengood had 3 aces, 17 kills, and 25 digs. Brigitte Sabourin had 8 aces, 3 kills, and 29 digs. Emily Norkowski had 10 kills, 4 blocks, and 1 dig. Maycey Turner had 4 aces, 3 kills, and 11 digs. Alyssa McHaney had 4 kills, 1 block, and 4 digs.

The Warriors’ next match will be Monday night in Buckley for the first round of Districts against Marion at 8pm.
