I saw a lot of improvement from the girls from the beginning of the day to the end of the day. I saw a lot of improvements in our defense throughout the day. The girls were really moving for the ball. We were also getting touches on the ball when we were blocking today. And our communication on the court also got a lot better throughout the day as well. I am looking forward to continuing to see all the progress we will make throughout the season.
